You have a song you love and want to play it. Usually that means hunting for a tutorial video or buying sheet music, and hoping someone made one for that exact song.
MIDI.PLAY makes the tutorial for you. You give it the song, it works out the notes, and it shows them falling onto a piano keyboard, timed to the music. You play along, and it shows which notes you hit.
What you can do with it
- Turn a YouTube link or an MP3 or WAV file into falling notes.
- Practise one instrument from a song while the rest of the real recording plays underneath.
- Play on a MIDI keyboard or your computer keyboard.
- Loop a hard section, slow it down, or have the song wait for you.
- Fix wrong notes in the note editor.
- Open MIDI files directly.
It runs in your browser. There is nothing to install and no account to make.
